- While not a new childe, she really has avoided the Kindred as a whole for most of her existence. There are still a few ins and outs that she has to learn that can only be learned with experience.

- Laura has a deep respect and some would say love for the homeless community and doesn't take it well when they are harmed.

- Pure OOC info: Though she is trying to live the legit life, Laura was a petty thief in her teens. Those records are sealed by juvenile authority and a judge is needed to open them. Pickpocketing and lockpicking are her specialties, but she dabbles in security systems and sleight of hand.
